We offer free standard shipping to the destinations listed below. Select your country in the store and enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability.
Where we deliver
Australia, Canada, China, Colombia, Hong Kong, Isle of Man, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
Availability can vary by address and will be confirmed at checkout.
Processing and estimated delivery
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. The estimated transit times below begin after dispatch and exclude processing time.
- United States and Canada: 7–15 business days.
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days.
- Australia and New Zealand: 8–16 business days.
- Other eligible destinations: 10–18 business days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, holidays and customs processing can affect delivery.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking details. Use the tracking link in that email to follow your parcel. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Address changes and delivery questions
Please check your delivery address carefully. If it needs correcting, email getcalmoo@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number. Changes may not be possible once processing or dispatch has begun.
Customs and import charges
Local import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply depending on your destination. Where applicable, these are the recipient’s responsibility and are separate from our free shipping rate.
Damaged, missing or delayed parcels
If your parcel is damaged, missing or delayed, email getcalmoo@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. For a damaged item, include photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate. See our refund policy for return and replacement details.
